Shipping details, including phone number should be that of your recipient. Billing Address information should be your own (under "Billing Address", de-select "Same as shipping address").

Flowers are delicate and therefore require someone to accept them upon delivery. In order to ensure the recipients will be on location when they are delivered, we contact the recipients prior to delivery and otherwise arrange a time where they (or someone they approve) are able to accept them.
