Terms of Service


  • We only process and accept orders for delivery within our delivery coverage areas.

  • Orders may also be picked up at our store at 4917 Dundas St W. (Burnamthorpe and Dundas).

  • Orders for delivery require a minimum purchase of $50.

    • Orders for delivery to different addresses need to be placed as separate orders.

  • Delivery fees are $15 and are subject to change without notice.

    • Exceptions may be made for large custom orders on a case by case basis by the manager's judgement.

    • Deliveries to Turner & Porter's Butler Chapel (4933 Dundas Street W.) are free.

  • Currently we deliver to to most, but not all areas in South Etobicoke (South of the 401).

    • The postal codes we deliver to are: ​M9A, M9B, M9CM9P, M9R, M8X, M6N, M6P, M6SM8V, M8Z, M8W, M8Y

  • For deliveries to a recipient, the sender must correctly provide the recipient’s name, phone number, full mailing address (including postal code), and unit number.  

    •  Any changes to a delivery including, address, date or time of delivery, message card contents, or contact number must be given before 24 hours of the delivery date. 

    • Please note: during peak holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc ), change requests cannot be guaranteed to go in effect before the delivery, so please be sure to enter your order with correct information.

    • Changes made after the submission of your order may incur an administrative charge of $10.00.

  • A minimum of 48 hours notice is needed for some custom or special orders.

    • Corsages and boutonnieres need to be ordered 7 days in advance.


  • Deliveries are offered Monday to Saturdays only and for Saturday deliveries, orders need to be placed 24hrs in advance. We do not deliver on Sundays.

    • Last minute orders and same day or 24 hour delivery are sometimes accepted Monday to Friday, depending on inventory and time availability in our delivery schedule.

    • Generally, same-day delivery orders must be received before 12:00 noon Toronto time (Eastern Time Zone). Orders received after that time may have to be delivered the next day.

  • ​Delivery request times are accepted or offered based on availability within our or our service providers’ schedule.

    • Orders are delivered by 7:00pm on the requested delivery date, if no specific time is requested.

    • If a request for a specific delivery time is made, we do our best to deliver the products to the specified delivery address at the requested time. However, we do not and cannot guarantee that the delivery time will be met as there may be factors outside of our control which may result in early or delayed deliveries.  Flowers and Balloons shall not be liable for any deliveries made outside the delivery request time.

    • Sunday deliveries are limited. If delivery on a Sunday is desired, the order needs to be placed by 8pm the Saturday before.

  • ​​Prior to each delivery, we coordinate with recipients to ensure they are aware that a delivery is being made. 

    • If we arrive at the delivery address and the recipient is not there to accept the order, at yours or the recipient’s request, we can leave the order at a proper place (such as a concierge, reception, or by the door of an apartment), if one exists. 

    • Should the person placing the order, request we do not make prior contact with the recipient and the recipient is not available to accept the order, we will not leave the order at the door due to the fragility of our products. In such cases, we will leave a note with our store address for the recipient to pick the order up there.

    • Where you specifically instruct Flowers and Balloons to leave your delivery outside the door of the specified delivery address, such delivery shall be at your sole risk, and you accept all liability and risk of loss, theft and damage.

  • Flowers and Balloons is not responsible for:

    • Products delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender;

    • Unsuccessful deliveries due to the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender;

    • Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender; or

    •  Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.

  • When a successful delivery is made a text is sent to the person who placed the order.  If re-delivery or delivery to a new location is requested, the applicable delivery fee will be incurred. 

Refund Policy

  • We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Refunds or exchanges may be offered for damaged or defective items, or if the product does not meet your expectations.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit, at our discretion.

  • To initiate a refund or return, please provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.
